Blind Football Bengal Team Returns Home with Pride
The 22-member Blind Football Bengal Team, comprising of Men’s and Women’s teams, arrived back in Howrah today from Tata, after a resounding performance at the 3rd Men’s & Women’s North-Central Zonal Blind Football Tournament.
The Women’s team secured a commendable second position, while the Men’s team bagged the third spot among teams from Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.

The tournament, managed and promoted by the Football Association for the Blind of Bengal (FABB), received valuable support from the Rotary Clubs of Rotary International District 3291.
The team’s achievement is a testament to their unwavering dedication, passion, and perseverance. The Bengal team’s outstanding performance has brought laurels to the state and inspired the visually challenged community.
