Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostics Brings Advanced CT Scan Facility to Durgapur Sub-Divisional Hospital Under PPP Mode

Durgapur, 18th May 2025: Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostics successfully launched a state-of-the-art CT Scan centre at Durgapur Sub-Divisional Hospital in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal. This first-of-its-kind facility in Durgapur has been set up under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to offer advanced diagnostic services free of cost to patients from Durgapur and nearby regions.

The centre features a high-end 80-slice CT scanner with a .75 second rotation speed, a 42KW generator, and unmatched spatial resolution — ensuring quicker and more precise diagnostics. This installation has significantly strengthened the region’s diagnostic infrastructure, enabling both routine and emergency services within the government hospital premises.

With this development, Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostics has further strengthened its commitment to bridging the gap between advanced medical technology and public healthcare systems.The facility shows how private expertise can work together with public healthcare to make quality medical services more accessible and efficient for everyone.

The inauguration event was graced by the presence of Shri Pradip Mazumdar, Hon’ble Minister-in-charge, Panchayats & Rural Development and Cooperation Departments, Government of West Bengal, and Sri Kabi Dutta, Chairman of Rogi Kalyan Samity and Asansol Durgapur Development Authority.
