The Prayas Exhibition 2025: A Step Towards Thalassemia Awareness and Support
The Prayas Exhibition 2025 was successfully inaugurated by a distinguished panel of celebrity guests including Shweta Kedia, Bhavana Hemani, Suchandra Vaaniya, Riwk Jaiswal, Bornali Biswas , Preeti Jaggiwani, Ishrat Ansar and Parul Gulati,. The event, organized with the goal of spreading awareness and raising funds for thalassemia patients, received overwhelming support and appreciation.

Each guest commended the initiative, highlighting Prayas as a powerful platform to bring about meaningful change in the lives of those affected by thalassemia. They shared their pride in being part of a cause that not only educates but also empowers communities to take action. The presence of these influential personalities added significant weight to the event, encouraging public involvement and greater outreach.
The event was seamlessly coordinated by Amar Agarwal, owner of Evergreen Event, whose efforts ensured smooth execution and impactful engagement throughout.

A generous donation of ₹1,50,000 was handed over to the Lions Blood Centre, aimed specifically at supporting treatment for underprivileged thalassemia patients. The donation was formally received by PDG Kailash Khandelwal, PDG Saloni, and Rekha Sharma, in the presence of members from the Lions Club of Kolkata Chetna . They expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the organizers for their commitment to this critical health issue.
With thousands of women attending the exhibition, the event proved to be a resounding success, both in terms of turnout and impact. The encouraging participation and powerful endorsements from celebrities are expected to inspire continued support for thalassemia awareness and patient care in the future.
